Pashmina Scarves are In!
Visit our Nomads Shop for a wide variety of Pashmina Scarves that I picked out myself while in Turkey. The scarves were purchased in Adana, Alanya, and Istanbul and there are many beautiful styles to choose.
New! YoYo Dolls, pictured above, are hand sewn in Bolivia and Peru according to Fair Trade guidelines by Aymara Indian women. This is a cottage industry product, meaning they sew in their homes and often this is the sole support for their families. Dolls are infant safe.
Large Puppy, $56.00, Small Elephant, $29.50
Turkish Treasures has partnered with Viaggio, a Fair Trade carrier, and we now have a new shop, Nomads, located inside H. Raines Registry and Gift, 2336 Whitesburg Drive, Huntsville, AL. We invite you to stop by Nomads and enjoy a cup of coffee while you browse. Many of the beautiful products we carry are not on our website. Make sure you sign up for our mailing list as we feature special shopping events you do not want to miss. Out of town groups, contact me at historicalpursuit@comcast.net or 256-527-2488, and I'll help you plan a wonderful trip that will include Huntsville's historic sites, shopping, and great restaurants!
